Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years work in deli or food service
  • knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts
  • strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations
  • strong understanding of retail operations
  • computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word

  • evaluating and ensuring product quality and selection
  • maintaining cleanliness of the department
