Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of food service or retail store management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Enjoys planning and problem-solving
- Proven ability to understand business math and technology
- Ability to travel to corporate headquarters in La Plata, MD for training
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and maintain physical stamina for 8 hours of lifting, bending, and standing
Job Qualifications

- 3-5 years of food service or retail store management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to organize, plan, and solve problems effectively

Job Duties
- Create excellent guest experiences by ensuring favorite items are always available and the store is clean and inviting
- Build teams and leaders by recruiting and training a diverse, people-focused crew and supporting their development
- Grow sales and manage inventory through strong vendor relationships and proper order execution
- Operate with brand excellence by maintaining store readiness and adequate staffing for all events and visits
- Lead food safety and food operations ensuring compliance with ServSafe certifications and consistent PAR execution
