Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of food service or retail store management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
  • Enjoys planning and problem-solving
  • Proven ability to understand business math and technology
  • Ability to travel to corporate headquarters in La Plata, MD for training
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and maintain physical stamina for 8 hours of lifting, bending, and standing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of food service or retail store management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to organize, plan, and solve problems effectively
  • Basic business math and technology proficiency
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Create excellent guest experiences by ensuring favorite items are always available and the store is clean and inviting
  • Build teams and leaders by recruiting and training a diverse, people-focused crew and supporting their development
  • Grow sales and manage inventory through strong vendor relationships and proper order execution
  • Operate with brand excellence by maintaining store readiness and adequate staffing for all events and visits
  • Lead food safety and food operations ensuring compliance with ServSafe certifications and consistent PAR execution
