Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years kitchen management experience
- Food Handler or ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of food allergens and safety practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead the team by setting a positive example for the culinary staff
- Schedule kitchen staff shifts and manage staffing needs
- Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and accountability
- Oversee food preparation ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen equipment including arranging necessary repairs
- Conduct daily kitchen walkthroughs to identify and rectify cleanliness, repair, or operational issues
