- manage restaurant operations during shifts
- lead and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service
- promote and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
- operate and oversee restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
- support the implementation of brand standards and procedures
