Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • drive profitability by controlling food costs, managing labor expenses, and maximizing efficiency
  • develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team through training, coaching, and performance management
  • ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals
