Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- drive profitability by controlling food costs, managing labor expenses, and maximizing efficiency
- develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team through training, coaching, and performance management
- ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals
