Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness and ability to stand and move during most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
  • Flexible work availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to following brand standards and procedures
  • Reliable transportation to commute and travel between store locations as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
