- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including headset register and grill
- Flexible work availability including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to travel to various locations
- Commitment to food safety and operational procedures

Job Duties
- Enjoy problem solving customer service and decision making
- Be a leader committed to teaching and growing your team
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Stand and move for most if not all of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
