Job Requirements

  • preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • demonstrate responsibility in alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • possess skills in team training and development
  • be willing to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • be able to operate necessary computer operations
  • have a passion for creating positive guest and team experiences

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • experience with responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • effective communication and organizational skills
  • ability to operate computer systems relevant to job functions

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • manage safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • lead training and development of kitchen staff
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
