Job Requirements
- preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- demonstrate responsibility in alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- possess skills in team training and development
- be willing to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- be able to operate necessary computer operations
- have a passion for creating positive guest and team experiences
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee execution and performance of heart-of-house operations
- provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- manage safe food handling and sanitation practices
- lead training and development of kitchen staff
- maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
