Job Requirements
- two to five years of relevant kitchen or restaurant management experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- proficiency with point of sale and inventory software
- strong communication abilities
- physical stamina to handle long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs
- valid driver’s license
- pass a drug screening
