Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in kitchen management or related field
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and health standards

Job Duties
- Lead, motivate, coach, support and hold accountable all staff and managers
- Make quick decisions to resolve issues as they arise
- Verify recipe standards and procedures are always followed
- Stay updated on food safety laws and regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Complete daily health inspection checklists to ensure compliance
- Actively seek out and develop promising individuals for the Assistant Kitchen Manager and shift leader positions
- Interview and hire all back of house positions
- Take the lead by inspiring, mentoring, and having your team’s back to help them thrive and succeed
- Maintain and promote leadership ladder and bench strength
- Actively encourage and assist team with completion of development courses in Juno Journey
- Conduct quarterly 1 on 1’s with team
- Lead and verify correct training methods and materials in use
- Effectively managing food costs by limiting waste and maintaining proper inventory levels
- Write back of house schedules using labor forecasting to follow labor budgets
- Ensure organization and rotation of all products
- Test product daily to validate meeting company standards
- Create freestyle within company’s guidelines
- Ensure customers have a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
