Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage kitchen management required
  • proven leadership skills
  • excellent interpersonal abilities
  • skillful in handling high-stress situations
  • knowledge of full-service and quick-service kitchens
  • food handlers permit and any brand certifications required by law
