- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage kitchen management required
- proven leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal abilities
- skillful in handling high-stress situations
- knowledge of full-service and quick-service kitchens
- food handlers permit and any brand certifications required by law
