Job Requirements

  • 21 plus years of age
  • three plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • able to handle a fast-paced, noisy environment

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain back-of-house employees
  • create and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • manage food costs and track waste
  • control kitchen labor costs
  • practice and enforce safe food-handling procedures
  • collaborate with management to drive financial results
  • motivate and lead kitchen staff to ensure quality and performance
