Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to use safety and security systems and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Manage Heart-of-House operations overseeing kitchen staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation practices
  • Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • Train and develop kitchen team to enhance skills and performance
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures in the kitchen
  • Manage inventory and ordering to optimize kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with Front-of-House management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
