Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of chef, sous chef, or direct kitchen management experience
- one year supervisory experience preferred
- minimum three years customer service experience
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- high level of self-motivation and initiative
- proven sales and expense management ability
- strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP/Department of Health guidelines
- effective merchandising and display skills
- willingness to train and develop team members
- exceptional customer service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- valid Washington State Food Workers Card
- ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Prepared Foods Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader with product management and merchandising
- ensure proficiency in production tasks and compliance with recipe programs
- maintain product quality, freshness, consistency, and portion control
- oversee effective ordering and inventory management to maximize sales growth
- practice and enforce food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
- train team members and provide performance feedback and coaching
- lead participation in product promotions and merchandising displays
