Job Requirements

  • Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen management
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage high-stress kitchen environments
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • valid Food Handlers Permit
  • willingness to work in airport restaurant settings
  • bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage kitchen management
  • proven leadership abilities with team management skills
  • knowledge of full-service and quick-service kitchen operations
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • possession of Food Handlers Permit and relevant brand certifications

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen staff recruitment training and development
  • create and develop appealing and quality-focused menus
  • manage budgets control costs and optimize inventory and labor
  • maintain high food safety and sanitation standards ensure compliance with health regulations
  • resolve food quality issues promptly
  • foster an environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction and exceptional service
