Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and move for the majority of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- reliable transportation to commute to assigned locations
- willingness to follow company brand standards and safety guidelines
- legal authorization to work
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership or management experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- commitment to team development and positive workplace culture
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- supervise and lead restaurant staff during shifts
- ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- promote and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
- manage shift operations including opening and closing duties
- train and develop team members to grow within the organization
- maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- uphold brand standards and company policies
