Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or a similar culinary role preferably in high-volume restaurant environment
- Leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Knowledge of culinary techniques food safety and kitchen operations
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of financial management including budgeting cost control and inventory management
- Communication skills to interact effectively with team members executive chef and departments
- Flexibility for evening weekend and holiday work
- Willingness to relocate to different company locations nationwide
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or in a similar culinary management role preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment

- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques food safety regulations and kitchen operations

- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Willingness to relocate to any of the company's national locations
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating to consistently deliver top-quality dishes
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals providing guidance training and support to ensure optimal performance and development
- Collaborate closely with the management team ensuring all products meet high standards of taste and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage food costs to maintain budgetary targets while minimizing waste and ensuring freshness
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe working environment
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment encouraging open communication and teamwork among all staff members
