Job Requirements

  • a minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • a high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

  • lead back-of-house operations to ensure food quality
  • support kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
  • enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • manage inventory and control food costs
  • monitor food preparation and presentation to meet brand standards
  • coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest service
  • train and develop kitchen team members
