Job Duties

  • Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure memorable experience for guests
  • ensure kitchen is adequately prepped and staffed for daily operations
  • oversee kitchen duties ensuring quickservice, food safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards
  • maintain safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste
  • enforce proper uniform, hygiene, handwashing and glove use among staff
  • support knife handling safety training and ensure staff compliance
  • create daily prep and items lists and delegate tasks
  • support operations and fill shifts as necessary
  • maintain checklist of cleaning tasks and ongoing projects
  • assign duties and coach employees on tasks and guest interaction
  • respond efficiently to guest and client feedback and report issues to operations manager
  • manage personnel including training, performance reviews and disciplinary documentation
  • report attendance and payroll discrepancies
  • inspect and maintain equipment
  • communicate with Regional Executive Chef and Food Service Operations Manager about service issues
  • work with restaurant supervisors to ensure operational standards
  • ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • maintain clean and safe work environment
  • uphold company policies and procedures
