  • 3 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong business acumen
  • the ability to work weekends nights and holidays
  • not afraid to work in a fast-paced noisy environment with distracting conditions

  • Hire train develop and retain kitchen staff
  • create a safe secure and sanitary kitchen environment
  • manage food costs track waste and control labor costs

  • lead kitchen during high-volume service
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
