Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • exceptional communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • current alcohol and food safety certifications as required by state law
  • formal culinary training preferred

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead back-of-house kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • support and manage kitchen staff and schedules
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • ensure compliance with food and alcohol regulations
  • train and develop kitchen team members
  • resolve conflicts and promote positive team dynamics
  • monitor inventory and manage food costs
