Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
