Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with crew
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
  • handle scheduling and shift management for kitchen team
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to synchronize guest service
