Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with crew
- availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

- handle scheduling and shift management for kitchen team
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to synchronize guest service
