Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and procedures
- passion for training and developing team members
- ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
- excellent communication skills

- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
- provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- manage food safety and sanitation standards
- train and develop kitchen staff
- maintain responsible alcohol service policies
- handle safety and security procedures and computer operations
