Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and procedures
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • manage food safety and sanitation standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain responsible alcohol service policies
  • handle safety and security procedures and computer operations
