Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar management
  • understanding of labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • preferably have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • knowledgeable in responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • passion for training and developing teams

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling procedures
  • manage safe and responsible alcohol service
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • assist in training and developing team members
  • monitor kitchen sanitation and operational standards
