- minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- availability to work evenings holidays weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership
- positive conflict resolution skills
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
