Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • availability to work evenings holidays weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership
  • positive conflict resolution skills
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
