Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with crew
  • availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

  • ensure a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
  • communicate effectively with team members in English and Spanish
  • work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
