- 2-3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience in high-volume kitchen operations
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage inventory and labor
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of kitchen leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
- Skilled in food prep, execution, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Experience training, managing, and motivating BOH team members
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Hands-on leader with a can-do attitude and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Oversee BOH operations, food prep, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Train, coach, and develop your kitchen team for success
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes, quality, and speed
- Manage food inventory, prep, and labor efficiency
- Target 50 hours/week schedule
