Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in restaurant or food service
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic financial and inventory management knowledge
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Experience in food preparation and cooking
- strong knowledge of food and beverage quality standards
- proven culinary management skills including supervising kitchen staff and operations
- ability to maintain health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- experience in inventory management and cost control
- prior experience in restaurant or food service environment preferred
- certification in culinary arts, food safety, or related field preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Hire staff jointly with other manager
- maintain adequate inventory stock
- place orders and reduce waste
- manage food cost
- ensure portion control
- optimize prep efficiency
- maintain food quality and consistency
- enforce sanitation protocols
- follow food safety regulations
- prepare for kitchen inspections
- supervise kitchen staff including cooks
- train back-of-house staff
- manage prep lists
- coordinate running expo
- maintain kitchen equipment
- ensure kitchen machinery cleanliness and functionality
- submit financials to CPA
- conduct inventories with other manager
- order supplies with other manager
- pay vendors using company credit card
- comply with state and county inspections
- administer employee discipline
- handle other day-to-day operational needs
