Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen manager experience in a regional or national full service concept
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and plan accordingly
  • Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • High volume bar experience preferred
  • Menu creation skills
  • Proficient in back of house kitchen operations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen manager experience in a regional or national full service concept
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development skills
  • Ability to identify opportunity areas and create actionable plans
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and cost controls
  • Experience in high volume bar operations is a plus
  • Skills in menu creation and back of house operations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and timely service
  • Develop and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain cost controls to optimize profits
  • Collaborate with management in menu creation and innovation
  • Implement and uphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Handle budget management and work towards labor cost efficiency
  • Resolve complex kitchen issues and improve operational workflows
