Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen manager experience in a regional or national full service concept
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Proven ability to solve complex problems
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and plan accordingly
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- High volume bar experience preferred
- Menu creation skills
- Proficient in back of house kitchen operations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen manager experience in a regional or national full service concept

- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development skills
- Ability to identify opportunity areas and create actionable plans
- Proven track record in managing budgets and cost controls
- Experience in high volume bar operations is a plus
- Skills in menu creation and back of house operations
Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and timely service
- Develop and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
- Oversee inventory management and maintain cost controls to optimize profits
- Collaborate with management in menu creation and innovation
- Implement and uphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Handle budget management and work towards labor cost efficiency
- Resolve complex kitchen issues and improve operational workflows
