Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Strong passion for team training and development
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • Manage food preparation and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and teamwork
  • Monitor inventory and control costs efficiently
  • Collaborate with Front-of-House management to ensure guest satisfaction
