Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- Strong passion for team training and development
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Manage food preparation and sanitation standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and teamwork
- Monitor inventory and control costs efficiently
- Collaborate with Front-of-House management to ensure guest satisfaction
