Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • proficient with restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • flexible schedule availability
  • reliable transportation for store and training locations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • lead and motivate team members to achieve restaurant goals
  • monitor food safety procedures and promote a culture of safety
  • resolve customer complaints and problems promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • train and develop staff for performance improvement
  • ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies
