Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • passion for training and developing teams
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to operate computer systems relevant to the role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to manage safety and security procedures
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee Heart-of-House operations and team performance
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes
  • manage food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff
  • supervise safety and security systems and procedures
  • handle daily kitchen operations and inventory management
  • maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
