  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of the heart-of-house kitchen operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • manage safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • foster a positive team environment and support continuous learning
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • utilize computer operations for efficient management
