Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Current ServSafe certification
  • Experience in high-volume foodservice environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume retail entertainment settings
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues required
  • Experience preparing banquet style events
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • Review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
  • Work with the operations team and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events including preparation, service, and cleanup of food and beverage
  • Assist with cooking when needed
  • Estimate food consumption and make purchases according to company food program
  • Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume fluctuations
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • Supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules complying with local Department of Health regulations
