Job Requirements
- 3 plus years of kitchen management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
- Experience preparing banquet style events
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Ability to obtain ServSafe instructor certification preferred

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute all events including food preparation, service, and cleanup
- Assist with cooking during events when needed
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases aligned with specified food programs
- Schedule staff to accommodate shifts in business volume
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance
- Implement and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations
