Job Requirements
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage heart-of-house (HOH) operations and oversee kitchen team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Provide training, coaching, and development for HOH team members
- Monitor labor costs and manage resources effectively
- Support the implementation of safety and security procedures
- Maintain quality control to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth operations
