Job Requirements

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • Computer literacy for operational tasks
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Manage heart-of-house (HOH) operations and oversee kitchen team performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Provide training, coaching, and development for HOH team members
  • Monitor labor costs and manage resources effectively
  • Support the implementation of safety and security procedures
  • Maintain quality control to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth operations
