Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have at least three years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proficient in controlling food and labor costs
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Proven kitchen management experience
  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes distracting environments

  • Proven experience in kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficient in managing labor and cost of goods sold

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain an elite team of back-of-house employees
  • Create and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Manage food costs, control kitchen labor, and track waste
  • Ensure safe food-handling practices are understood and implemented
  • Collaborate with management team to optimize financial performance and profitability
  • Lead by example in handling multiple kitchen stations and supporting team members
  • Drive new menu introductions and continuous improvement in guest experience
