Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have at least three years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proficient in controlling food and labor costs
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Proven kitchen management experience
- Possess strong business acumen
- Be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes distracting environments

Job Duties
- Hire, train, develop, and retain an elite team of back-of-house employees
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Manage food costs, control kitchen labor, and track waste
- Ensure safe food-handling practices are understood and implemented
- Collaborate with management team to optimize financial performance and profitability
- Lead by example in handling multiple kitchen stations and supporting team members
- Drive new menu introductions and continuous improvement in guest experience
