Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service
  • Ability to coach and lead a team effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
  • Assist in managing shift operations
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure effective task performance
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety procedures are followed
  • Support continuous learning and training initiatives
  • Foster a positive and energetic team environment
