Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures

Job Duties
- Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
- Assist in managing shift operations
- Coach and develop team members to ensure effective task performance
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety procedures are followed
- Support continuous learning and training initiatives
- Foster a positive and energetic team environment
