Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen or restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management

  • Ability to manage inventory and control food costs

Job Duties

  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
  • Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times
  • Managing performance of Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Assisting with the development of key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
  • Conducting formal line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
  • Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
  • Directing work schedules and assigning tasks for Back of House employees
  • Training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hires
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
