Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen or restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management

Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
- Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times
- Managing performance of Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Assisting with the development of key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
- Conducting formal line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
- Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
- Directing work schedules and assigning tasks for Back of House employees
- Training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hires
- Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
