Job Requirements

  • Preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Demonstrate a passion for training and developing your team

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with kitchen operations and computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House operations to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen workflow
  • Supervise and provide direction to all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Oversee food preparation and quality control to maintain brand standards
  • Implement safety and security procedures in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to optimize guest experience
