Job Requirements

  • 21 or older
  • three or more years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • proven kitchen management experience
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • willingness to work in fast-paced, noisy, and distracting conditions

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain back-of-house employees
  • create a safe, secure, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • manage food costs, track waste, and control labor costs
  • practice and enforce safe food-handling procedures
  • collaborate with management to drive financial results and profitability
  • lead all kitchen stations effectively
  • introduce new menu items and oversee their rollout
