Job Requirements

  • minimum age 21 years
  • one year previous restaurant management experience
  • must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • certification in food safety (preferred)
  • willingness to relocate within assigned region (preferred)
  • computer skills (preferred)

Job Duties

  • assist with staffing levels and determining which staff are assigned to each shift
  • manage all employees to maintain high employment quality standards including hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline, and termination
  • share responsibility to recruit, interview, and hire employees
  • champion development paths for employees to reach career goals
  • enforce safety and sanitary practices and maintenance
  • ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and laws
  • actively participate as a member of the management team
  • respond to guest comments and seek opportunities to build guest count
  • set excellent customer service and work examples
  • demonstrate knowledge of the entire menu and preparation
  • engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant
