Job Duties

  • Deliver crave-able food that meets or exceeds quality requirements
  • coach the behaviors of all kitchen team members and leaders
  • ensure a sense of urgency for fast speed of service
  • maintain attention to detail for preparation and production procedures
  • execute systems for a clean environment
  • promote food safety and kitchen organization
  • manage inventory and maintain accurate transfer logs
  • conduct end-of-month counts and input
  • ensure effective and efficient ordering
  • maintain a lean production environment
  • coach, evaluate, and hold kitchen team members accountable
  • troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and facilities
  • ensure preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules are followed
