Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- One or more years of restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and give sound advice and direction
- Must be able to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment and have a strong customer orientation focus
- Must exhibit professionalism, composure and discretion when expediting or resolving customer concerns
- Ability to work, concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment with noise and temperature extremes
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability and willingness to wear a headset
- Physical ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds, reach, push, pull, bend, kneel and stoop
- Must be available to work all dayparts and days of the week
- May be required to transfer between locations and travel as business needs dictate
- Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members
- Act as Cash Manager including setting up cash registers, reconciling cash and verifying safe cash handling
- Organize, oversee and supervise shifts by completing and executing the Daily Operations Plan
- Perform walk-throughs to ensure restaurant readiness for open, close and rush periods
- Focus on taste and accuracy through regular walk-throughs during shifts
- Use flow charts and checklists to ensure complete and timely operational activities while maximizing labor efficiency
- Work with management team to train, develop and communicate with crew and team trainers, supervising to maximize retention
- Lead kitchen team to meet quality, production and service standards in a safe and professional environment
- Monitor product cooking, labeling, holding and rotation to ensure quality and minimize waste
- Assist with shift-specific procedures and maintain proper crew coverage to meet customer service standards
- Resolve Taste and Accuracy issues reported by customers
- Manage food cost by verifying inventory, completing counts, analyzing waste, adjusting forecasts and assisting with action plans
- Check inventory levels and place food orders
- Execute weekly and positional cleaning schedules by assigning and coaching crew members on tasks
