Job Requirements
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- Current ServSafe certification
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
- Experience preparing banquet style events
- Current ServSafe certification required
- ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
- Highly developed customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage profit and loss
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Adhere to the company's mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Review monthly profit & loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
- Work with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events, including food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
- Assist with cooking as needed
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise and oversee preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
- Facilitate kitchen equipment maintenance
- Implement and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations
