Job Requirements

  • Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • You have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Create legendary experiences for guests and team members through the management of the Heart-of-House
  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safe food handling standards
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance and quality standards
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures within the kitchen area
  • Manage inventory and food cost control measures
