Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen manager experience in a regional or national full service concept
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large kitchen teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience managing budgets and cost controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen staff and daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality

- Implement and monitor health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Develop and execute menu plans and seasonal offerings
- Control costs and manage kitchen budgets to maximize profitability
