Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety practices
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to oversee kitchen operations and manage staff performance
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety systems
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health codes
  • Manage labor and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance skill levels and productivity
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and inventory controls
