Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety systems
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to operate computer systems relevant to restaurant management
  • Passion for training and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage training and development of kitchen staff
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • Manage responsible alcohol service as applicable
  • Monitor kitchen operations to deliver quality food and excellent service
